Iniciar Technologies Private Limited is a young and professional enterprise located in the Technology Capital of India i.e. Bangalore.
Our Centres of Excellence focus on extending technology competence in multi-sectoral areas including Energy, Water, Agriculture & Irrigation and High Technology Areas (Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.). We work across the entire phases of the Technology Commercialization Life Cycle and ensure that the technologies and innovations are available for commercial and social benefit.
The Iniciar Journey
Getting an access to the latest technology & innovations with tangible cost advantages is indispensible to gaining a competitive advantage. Despite this, good innovations are unable to reach the market because of lack of understanding of the technology commercialization life cycle and strategy. With this understanding, Iniciar started in the area of Technology commercialization.
The complexity of today’s scientific and technical innovations presents an array of challenges in managing commercialization efforts. At Iniciar, we successfully operate in one of the most challenging areas and issues faced by corporations today and ensure that the best of technology and Innovations become available for socio-commercial benefit.
Our understanding of this field comes mostly from the experience of innovators and research scholars—from their joy and anguish in discovering something new and their frustrations and rewards in commercializing it. Straddling the rational world of technology and the complex socioeconomic forces at work in the market, technology commercialization does not easily lend itself to elegant generalizations.
While offering our services in the field of Technology Commercialization, our team kept on learning and growing organically and our services portfolio matured with time. After five years of successful endeavours, we had established a trusted and valuable network in the market.
We had not restricted ourselves to technology commercialization and therefore, we were also in a position to explore additional avenues for the expansion of Iniciar.
With the help of our principles, trusted network, reputation and eagerness to grow, we expanded into Business Consultancy services offering assistance to foreign companies in entry into the Indian Market through Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisition or creation of a distribution channel.
Our Associations
In the field of Technology Commercialization and collaborative research, Iniciar has worked closely with the University of Tel Aviv and Ariel University, Israel;
Iniciar has also worked closely with Russian Organizations and Indian Companies in commercialization of multi-sectoral technologies;
Iniciar has worked closely with FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) in promoting the Indian Technologies emerging from India Innovation Growth Program. The IIGP (India Innovation Growth Program) was launched in 2007 by DST (Department of Science and Technology, GOI), Lockheed Martin Corporation, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Indo-US Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF), IC2 Institute at the University of Texas at Austin , Stanford Graduate School of Business and TIE Silicon Valley.
Currently, Iniciar has expanded the services portfolio to business consultancy services. The team has been integral in Cross Border Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and creation of distribution networks to organizations who wanted to explore the Indian Market as a part of their Global strategy;
Iniciar has also helped Innovators in raising funds for commercialization of their products;
